Relationship Challenges
As social beings, we’re wired for connection. But that doesn’t mean relationships are always easy. In our work together, I’ll help you slow down, listen with curiosity, and communicate more intentionally. My focus isn’t just on helping you avoid conflict, but on building the kind of connection that feels meaningful and lasting.
I draw from practical, evidence-based tools to help you break out of stuck patterns, strengthen trust, and deepen intimacy. We’ll work on cultivating openness, making room for difficult emotions, and choosing actions that align with what you value. Relationship challenges are a chance to grow, not just as a partner, but as a whole person.
At my practice, I provide specialized support for relationships where autism, ADHD, anxiety, or OCD are part of the picture. These mental health challenges can create unique stress points around communication, emotional regulation, and sensory needs. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and respects each individual’s experience.
