About Evan (he/him)
I graduated from Pacific University in 2017 with a Master’s in Applied Psychological Science, Clinical Specialty, where I was awarded the Outstanding Local Clinical Scientist Award for my dedication to academic excellence and community engagement. Cultural competence has always been central to my work—I pursued advanced education to serve Spanish-speaking and Latinx populations and, as part of the Latinx Bilingual track, provided stress management training to individuals working in agriculture. My early clinical experience focused on behavioral therapy for young children with autism, which shaped my lasting commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care.
I specialize in supporting people working in high-pressure, performance-driven fields—especially those in tech, healthcare, and law. These professions often involve navigating intense emotional and ethical challenges, where the tension between personal values, well-being, and relentless demands can lead to chronic stress and disconnection from what matters most. I apply evidence-based practices with flexibility and compassion, tailoring treatment to their values, identities, and unique contexts.
