Anxiety

Anxiety often shows up as the mind’s attempt to protect us from uncertainty or perceived danger, even when we are safe. From an ACT and mindfulness perspective, we don’t aim to eliminate anxiety, but to transform our relationship with it. Together, we build the courage to gently turn toward the discomfort with curiosity and compassion, rather than avoidance. Through values-based actions, we learn to hold space for anxiety while still choosing the life we want. It’s not about being fearless—it’s about moving forward even when fear is present.
