Counseling

My primary approach is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that therapy should deliver tangibly positive outcomes. My goal is to ensure that your progress leads to a heightened sense of fulfillment and improved life satisfaction.

Heal, grow, and connect with what you value.

About Evan

Approach

I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and meaningful behavior change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and draws from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have advanced training and experience supporting autistic individuals, their families, and the relational challenges that come with neurodivergence.

I have specific experience working with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and people in the tech industry. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am dedicated to supporting individuals across the spectrum of gender and sexual diversity. Cultural competence is central to my work, and my therapeutic skills are responsive to the unique stressors that immigrants and Latino communities encounter in the Pacific Northwest.

I welcome you with humility, curiosity, and respect for your individual needs and strengths. My goal is to help you live meaningfully, build connection, and develop resilience so that you are present in what matters most to you. Reaching out for help feels especially daunting during challenges times. Finding the right therapist can be exhausting—and worthwhile. Wherever you are in your healing process, I’ll meet you with warmth and nonjudgmental support.
