Counseling
My primary approach is Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that therapy should deliver tangibly positive outcomes. My goal is to ensure that your progress leads to a heightened sense of fulfillment and improved life satisfaction.
Heal, grow, and connect with what you value.

Licensed Professional Counselor
Approach
I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and meaningful behavior change. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and primarily draws from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have advanced training and experience supporting autistic individuals, their families, and the relational challenges that come with neurodivergence. Cultural humility is central to my work, and I’ve pursued specialized training to support Latinx individuals and families.
I also have specific experience working with healthcare providers, legal professionals, and people in the tech industry. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I am committed to supporting the unique challenges related to gender and sexual diversity.
I approach each client with humility, curiosity, and respect for their unique needs and strengths. My goal is to help you live meaningfully, build connection, and develop resilience—to feel present as you do what matters most to you. I know that reaching out for help can feel daunting under the weight of painful challenges. Finding the right therapist can be both exhausting and worthwhile. Wherever you are in your healing process, I’ll meet you with warmth, patience, and nonjudgmental support.
